Commemorating Mentrual Hygiene Management 2024

As we Commemorated the #MHDay2024; We are thrilled to share the remarkable moments we had empowering and training the young adolescent girls in Mezam Bamenda 1 on #Mentrual_Hygiene_Management.

The training was accompanied by the distribution of reusable sanitary Pads and Menstrual beads to help them calculate and keep track of their #Menstrual_Cycle
Our #PeriodFriendlyWorld encounter drew an impressive number of girls from different communities of Ntoh, Muntango, Akumbele and Ntaamafi.

We are grateful to the Mendem Foundation for their donations of the reusable sanitary pads.
