We also saw the key components of an early warning strategy which are; data monitoring, risk assessment, communication systems, response protocol, and coordinated mechanism.
We discussed on the role of Civil Society Organizations and other stakeholders in the Implementation of early warning strategies.
At the end of the training, it was emphasized that early warning strategies are very important as it go a long way to save lives, enhance preparedness, reduce the impact of violence, facilitate response and promote resilience.
