Accountant/Financial Officer

Kien Bibiana is a Skilled and passionate accountant and finance officer at Mother of Hope Cameroon (MOHCAM) with over five (5) years of work experience within the Non-profit sector. 
She plays a pivotal role in the organization in ensuring the organizational financial integrity and transparency. With a background in accounting and finance, holding a bachelor’s degree in Banking and finance from the University of Bamenda. She is proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, recording, and reporting, ensuring that the organization maximizes its resources to effectively fulfill its mission.

She has successfully managed numerous financial positions within different projects including the Community Lead Monitoring project (CLM) funded by USAID via RECAP+. A UNICEF-funded project, An NRC ( Norwegian Refugee Council) project funded by USAID-OFDA and EU-IcsP in compliance with donor requirements and audits. She has meticulous attention to detail and commitment to ethical financial practices and procedures which have contributed to the organization’s reputation for accountability.

In addition to technical skills, she is an effective communicator, and works closely with other departments, providing insights that drive strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Outside of work, she is committed to social impact and community engagement and believes that sound financial management is essential for the organization to achieve its goals and promote positive change.
